ABOUT US

Thanks for visiting the Arrowhead Family Dental website.  I am pleased to announce that our office has moved and we are happy to be providing high quality dental care at our new location.  I am committed to providing the highest level of dental care in a comfortable manner.  My goal is to provide comprehensive dental care to people of all ages.  I enjoy educating patients about their dental health and am happy to answer any dental questions patients have.  Prior to moving to Rice Lake, I regularly volunteered with teaching at the Lake Superior Community College Dental Hygiene School.  This gave me the opportunity to help mold future dental hygienists into competent, caring, and educated dental professionals who are comfortable providing both quality care and education for patients.

I am a graduate of the University of Minnesota School of Dentistry. My wife Angela and I enjoy many outdoor activities, such as running, bicycling, hunting, kayaking, and snowshoeing.  I have ran several marathons over the years and support (and participate in) many local sporting events.  We are both active members of our local church.  I am an active member of  two local service organizations: the Rice Lake Rotary Club and the Rice Lake Lions Club.  I also am heavily involved with coaching the boys cross country team at the Rice Lake High School.  I have brought team members to the Wisconsin State High School Cross Country Invitational in each of the last 2 years.  My wife and I are also involved with the Rice Lake Kinship program and the Boys and Girls Club.

Our exceptional, friendly team is our greatest asset. All of our dental assistants and hygienists are trained professionals who pride themselves on staying on the cutting edge of dentistry and patient communication. They are excited about what they are doing, have high standards of quality and integrity, and are motivated to achieve the best results for our family of patients.

Infection Control Procedures to insure your safety, all procedures at our office exceed even the most stringent guidelines established by the Center for Disease Control (CDC) and the Occupational Safety and Health Agency(OSHA).

All instruments and hand pieces are autoclave steam sterilized after every use and disposable items are utilized wherever appropriate.  Patients and staff wear protective safety glasses during treatment.  Disposable gloves are worn while treating patients and are never used on more than on patient.  Staff members wear masks during the procedures to protect our patients.

All areas that are touched during the procedures are covered with a plastic wrap and changed after each patient so as to eliminate the potential of cross contamination.  All surfaces, chairs, lights and units are thoroughly disinfected with a chemical solution formulated to kill infectious bacteria, spores, and viruses before and after every patient use.

Our team members under go extensive training in sterilization procedures and participate in continuing education courses to keep up-to-date on the most advanced techniques in the industry.
